Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues, Clients & Industry Partners,

This year, we're once again taking part in The Forgotten Women's Live Like Her Challenge.

On Thursday 3 September, we'll spend one night sleeping in our cars.

**Not because we have to...

But because thousands of Australian women do.**

Women over 55 are Australia's fastest-growing homeless population. 

Right here in South East Queensland, more than 1,000 women across Greater Brisbane and around 200 on the Gold Coast are experiencing homelessness or hidden homelessness. 

Many are sleeping in their cars, couch surfing or living in unsafe situations simply because they have nowhere else to go.

These are women who have worked hard, raised families, cared for others and contributed to their communities. 

Yet through life's unexpected challenges - relationship breakdown, illness, family violence, rising living costs or simply not having enough superannuation - they've found themselves without a safe place to call home.

For us, sleeping in a car is one night. For them, it's reality.

We know one night could never compare to what these women endure, but we hope that by taking part we can raise awareness, inspire compassion and help provide safe housing for women who deserve so much better.

Our goal is to raise $5,000.
